After more than 10 years of co-owning and operating a training business with my husband, I know firsthand how exhausting and overwhelming business ownership can feel behind the scenes.
I’ve spent the last decade juggling operations, administrative clutter, team communication, scheduling chaos, difficult decisions, and the constant weight on your heart that can come with trying to hold everything together all at once.
Along the way I’ve also worked in hospitality, marketing, event planning, and the fast-paced world of Silicon Valley. Experiences that have all helped shape the way I approach problem-solving, communication, and removing unnecessary complexity from everyday business.
Outside of work I’m someone who deeply values calm, clear decisions, heartfelt conversations, endless adventures, and building a life that actually feels good to live. I believe business should support your life and not completely consume it, and that so often the best decisions come after stepping back, finding space to exhale, and staying open to new possibilities and ideas.
